& Exchange Policy
For exchanges, you can place another order on-line for replacement items and you
will be billed for these items. You can then ship us the items you
don't want from your original order with a note referencing your
original order number and the reason for the return, and upon receipt
of the items, we will credit you.
For returns we will only accept items that are new in the box and
uninstalled, within 30 days of the original purchase for a full refund.
If your items are being returned for warranty purposes, please include
an original receipt and we will have a tech advisor inspect the parts
for defects. If the part is found to be faulty, we will either repair
the part or a replacement will be shipped out immediately.
